Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Signature Maker application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Service Description

Signature Maker is a mobile application that allows users to digitize handwritten signatures, scan documents, sign digital documents, and organize signed files. The App is operated by ProcessFlow, Inc.

Subscriptions & Payments

Signature Maker offers a free tier (signature scanning and saving) and a paid subscription for premium features including document signing, scanning, export, and sharing.

• Subscriptions are billed on a weekly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected.
• An introductory offer may be available for first-time subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

The AI Document Review feature is provided for informational purposes only. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze document content and highlight potential points of interest.

The AI Document Review is not legal advice. It may contain errors or miss important details. Always review important documents yourself or consult a qualified legal professional before making decisions based on document content.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the documents you create, sign, and share using the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any biometric locks you configure.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ProcessFlow, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

ProcessFlow, Inc. does not guarantee that signed documents created with the App will be legally binding in all jurisdictions. The legal validity of electronic signatures varies by region and document type.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
