Introduction

ProcessFlow, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Signature Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Data Collection

Camera Access

The App uses your device's camera for signature scanning and document scanning. Photos taken within the App are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

Local Storage

All documents, signatures, and files you create or import are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your documents and do not upload them to any cloud service.

AI Document Review

When you use the AI Document Review feature, the text content of your document is sent to our servers for processing. This text is used solely to generate the review results and is not stored after processing is complete. No document files or images are transmitted — only extracted text.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• PostHog — Anonymized session recording and analytics events to help us improve the App experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Sentry — Anonymized crash reports and error monitoring to help us identify and fix bugs. No document content or personal data is included in crash reports.
• RevenueCat — Subscription management for in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes transactions through Apple's App Store and Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information directly.

Advertising & Attribution

With your consent, we share anonymous app events (such as subscription purchases and feature usage) and your device's advertising identifier with advertising partners to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. No document content, signatures, or personal information is ever shared with advertising partners. If you decline consent when prompted, no data is shared with advertising partners — only first-party analytics will run. You can reset your preference at any time by reinstalling the App.

No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not create user accounts and do not require registration.

Children's Privacy

Signature Maker is rated 4+ (iOS) and Everyone (Android). The App does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since the App stores all data locally and does not require accounts, no personal information from any user — including children — is collected or stored on our servers.

Data Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting documents within the App or by uninstalling the App. No server-side data deletion is necessary as we do not store your data remotely.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
